- We will ship your item with UPS, packages usually take 4-12 working days (not including holidays).

We ship many orders daily all over the United States. Buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door. After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number from the courier company (this will be based on your email preferences). There may be a delay of 1-3 working days between dispatching your order from our facility and obtaining the shipping tracking number, however this is often handled within 2 working days. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not sent out your order yet. We appreciate your patience.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your card issuer, the order processing time would be 1~3 working days (but often only 2). We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
The delivery time depends on the shipment method the customer chose at the time of purchase, our inhouse processing time, the distance of the customer location from our shipping facility, and sometimes can be delayed by inclement weather with the carrier.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. The team inspects each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise within the appropriate time period allowed.
